Junior Counselors
Building leaders within our community.
Our Junior Counselor program provides paid employment opportunities for teens and young adults who are ready to take the next step. Junior Counselors serve as positive role models in our After School program, while also receiving meaningful guidance and professional development.
Building Our Leaders Today.
BOLT for Success helps middle and high school students discover their strengths, explore future careers, and develop real-world skills. Participants create goals and complete hands-on learning experiences that align with their personal goals and interests.

As youth complete each program component, they earn stipends while investing in their future.
