Whether you want to improve your money management, explore new interests, be a good neighbor, or simply enjoy good company, these sessions provide supportive opportunities for personal and financial growth.

Smart Money Mornings

Join us on April 4 and April 8 for comprehensive workshops covering essential personal finance topics such as taxes, budgeting, saving, and planning for the future. These sessions provide practical knowledge to help you manage your money effectively, with breakfast and childcare provided for all participants.

Community Health and Wellness Series
Participate in our June 13, June 20, and June 27 workshops to gain vital health skills including CPR and First Aid certification, Mental Health First Aid training, and Stop the Bleed techniques. These sessions are designed to equip you with life-saving and supportive skills to enhance your well-being and community safety, with childcare available throughout.



Community Engagement Series
Engage with your neighborhood through our July 11, July 18, and July 25 sessions focused on building strong community ties, practicing de-escalation and conflict resolution, and fostering mutual support and community action. These interactive workshops aim to strengthen relationships and promote a peaceful, supportive environment, with childcare provided.

Professional Training Series
Beginning soon, this four-week program offers staff working with people in Pittsburgh practical skills, resources, and strategies to enhance their effectiveness in community service. Further details will be announced soon.


Home Garden Series
Starting April 11, 2026, join hands-on workshops led by local partners Worm Return, Soil Sisters, and Hilltop Urban Farm. Offered in two cohorts, these sessions cover composting, sustainable gardening, and home-based food production, providing valuable knowledge for sustainable living. Childcare is available for all participants.
